Returns & Exchanges Policy
To initiate a RETURNS & EXCHANGES request, please submit via this Returns & Exchanges Request Form.
To ensure a hassle and worry free of your shoes shopping experience with us, we will accept on refund or exchange for your purchase within 14 days with the following terms and conditions below: (*Note: not applicable to sales outside Malaysia)
- The exchange product must be in the same condition (unworn/unused) as you received. It must also be in the original packaging box. Any damages to the purchase items will be strictly not acceptable for exchange.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable and refund of the order will only be made in the form of STORE CREDITS.
- Exchange only can be allowed with the same design and colors.
- If the item is out of stock, you can exchange with another design that is equivalent or there will be an additional charge if the new item is higher than the purchased product.
- We only replace items or refund (store credits) if they are defective or damaged caused by factory.
- YEBENG (YB) reserves the right for a final decision.

Note: Any exchange, return and refund is not applicable for clearance items. Customer is suggested to get the correct shoe measurement with the guide on our website before making any purchase.
